Order Procedure

Once you have chosen your new furniture items, you can place your order in store or online. In store we will take your order and ask you for a deposit usually 50% which can be payable via cash, debt/credit card or via pay pal. Once we have received your deposit we place your order, then it will take 10 days approximately. When your furniture arrives at our store we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to arrange suitable time/day for delivery. You will then be asked to pay the remaining balance, payments can be made at our store using cash or debit/credit card or via pay pal prior to delivery. Your new furniture will be hand delivered by us and will arrive fully assembled to your property. The delivery service is free within a ten mile radius of our store (see Google map) a small charge is required if you live outside of the radius, please ask for details. We can also remove your old furniture i.e. if you buy your a new sofa from CFS we can take away your old one for a small charge.
